What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Card information is not stored in our systems and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by the same level of security as used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

SHIPPING & BILLING VERIFICATION

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. During this process, your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Kindly ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. If you are having issues with your payment going through, please check to verify that your card does not have any international blocks on it. Keep in mind that we are a South African company and some credit card issuers may block transactions outside of your country.

BULK ORDERS

If you wish to make a bulk order purchase, we are pleased to offer bulk order discount pricing. If you purchase 5+ quantities, you are eligible to receive 10% off your order, and if you purchase 10+ quantities, you are eligible to receive 15% off your order. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
