We accept returns within 30 days of the item being marked "shipped". Please email us directly at hello@selfset.me so we can process your return. The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Credit Card. We also accept PayPal payments if you prefer to pay that way. You can also make EFT into our FNB account. We do not currently accept Bitcoin, though we may look into this in the future. Please let us know if you are interested.

No. We currently don't accept orders internationally, though we get plenty of inquiries. We are however working to start shipping firstly in all African countries then roll out to overseas markets
Our Notepads are designed in our beautiful Johannesburg studio. They are printed and bound by a few different printers and binderies who do everything from foiling to coiling and we absolutely love working with them. They love their craft as much as we do and that's very important to us.
The design process can take anywhere from 2 - 3 Weeks depending on various factors such as: sampling process, exploring different binding options, playing with different paper stocks and new foils as well as coming up with unique cover designs that allow our product to express itself and allow its users to take their own pleasure in them.
You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of when your order is placed.
As long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still cancel the order. The order usually takes 24 hours to process.
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed and you will receive another email once the order is being shipped
